Great Tutors, But Poor Support Experience

December 16, 2024

The tutors at Arden University are excellent, and the course content is engaging and valuable. However, the administrative and student support services have been a consistent disappointment.

In the past, I’ve struggled to get basic assistance, such as resetting login details, with no option to speak to someone directly. Responses are limited to automated emails stating, “we will reply within 5 days,” which is unacceptable for an online university serving students across different time zones. Issues with submissions or payments often lead to immediate account suspensions, with little support to resolve matters promptly.

While my recent experience was more positive—prompt and helpful support that allowed me to continue my studies—I hope this marks a lasting improvement. It’s frustrating that such great tutors and quality content are overshadowed by poor administrative support. If these areas are improved, the overall experience would be significantly better.
